PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ MEMBER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

Voluntary Member You, as a PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ website user, voluntarily apply to become a member of PREPPERDRILLS.COM™, a Private Member Association (PMA). You acknowledge that being a member is conditioned on acceptance of the PMA Bylaws and Terms of Use, and that you are joining solely in a private capacity.
Educational Use and Assumption of Risk You understand that the content provided by PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice, certified instruction, or a substitute for legal or technical training. Activities such as the use of weapons, fire starting, and other survival topics may be inherently dangerous. You accept full personal responsibility for any use of this information and assume all associated risks, including injury, death, or property damage.
Liability Waiver and Indemnification You release PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ , its Directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages, or injuries arising from your participation, except in cases of proven fraud or willful misconduct. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ from any third-party claims related to your conduct.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or publish any PMA content with non-members. All materials and discussions are private and proprietary.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction You agree that any dispute shall be resolved under binding mediation exclusively through private arbitration. You waive the right to litigate in public court.
Member Privilege Revocation PREPPERDRILLS.COM™ reserves the right to revoke member privileges at any time for violations of this Agreement or the PMA's Bylaws.

Electronic Acceptance By clicking 'I/You Agree' on this website, submitting this agreement electronically, or continued use of the website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the PMA's Bylaws.
